As a circle host, you're responsible for moderating fairly, protecting member privacy, enforcing community standards, and maintaining a safe space. ThinnestBook isn't liable for circle disputes.

# Host Responsibility & Liability Waiver ## As a Circle Host, You Agree To: ### 1. Moderate in Good Faith - Enforce house rules consistently and fairly - Handle conflicts with a clear appeal process - Remove only for legitimate rule violations - Document serious incidents ### 2. Protect Member Privacy - Never share member information without consent - Keep personal data confidential - Respect members' reading pace and preferences - Honor the safety of private discussions ### 3. Maintain Community Standards - Enforce the ThinnestBook Community Guidelines - Address harassment or threats promptly - Preserve inclusive and respectful spaces - Set clear expectations in your charter ### 4. Liability Disclaimer - ThinnestBook is not responsible for disputes between members - ThinnestBook does not moderate individual circle discussions - ThinnestBook reserves the right to remove circles that violate platform guidelines - As a host, you assume liability for your circle's operations ### 5. No Discrimination - You agree not to discriminate based on protected characteristics - You commit to inclusive hosting practices - You understand ThinnestBook may intervene for severe violations ## Removal of Authority ThinnestBook may remove a host if: - The circle violates Community Guidelines - The host engages in harassment or abuse - The circle becomes inactive for 6+ months
